Takes Moschofilero to extremes. A limited edition wine. An attempt to vinify the variety with native yeasts and low oenological intervention. From selected Moschofilero grapes with intense purple colour. Wild fermented with long skin contact for 25 days. Aged with its fine lees for 2 months in oak barrels. Unfined & Unfiltered
Deep rose colour with vivid cherry red hues. Well-formed wine legs. Aromas of sweet marmalade of roses, sour cherries and quince. Feel the velvet tannins, the vivid acidity and taste the earth from the first sip.
Antinoe is produced under a modern technological vinification with the use of prefermentation extraction at a temperature of 10 °C for 6 hours. Fermentation is carried out at a low temperature of 15 °C and the fresh wine remains in contact with its fine lees for 2 months.
Full bodied, exceptional freshness and lively acidity. Citrus fruits, lemon flowers, jasmine and roses on the nose, with a crisp, clean finish.
